The Super 6 Series

The Super 6 Series are designed to empty and flatten containers of various sizes up to six gallons. The standard Super 6 crushes containers from which the lids have been removed. The Super 6P pierces and empties closed containers while it crushes them. Each unit can process from one to eight one gallon cans per 20-second cycle. The crushing throughput is over 500 cans per hour. The latest Model in this series is the Double Clean Super 6PJ. In 12 seconds it opens, empties, crushes and ejects two cans. All of the paint or ink from those cans is captured and piped to a collection device for reformulation. This system assures product quality and prevents contamination.

All TeeMark crushers are designed to operate in a Class 1, Division 1, Group C & D hazardous environment. The machines are powered by either shop air or electricity. Trailer mounting is available for a mobile application.
