The Super 200 has a throughput of two hundred aerosol cans per hour. This unit pierces and crushes the aerosol can to a ½ thick puck in 9 seconds while collecting the liquids and the propellants. The optional G-3PTM carbon filtration system will absorb the VOC’s.
Puncture, crush and eject four hundred and fifty aerosol cans per hour with the Super 450. Just insert the can and close the door the rest is automatic. The ejected can is 99 % empty. The blower on the system pulls the VOCs and propellants from in and around crushing chamber to create a “PTE” permanent enclosure. The optional G-3PTM carbon filtration absorb the VOC’s.
The G-3PTM carbon filtration system contains 145 pounds of activated carbon to absorb the VOC’s. Once the carbon has reached its saturation an indicator lets the operator know that it is time to replace the carbon.
